I grew up in a village in the municipality of Tomar but in recent years I have lived for different periods of time in Istanbul, São Tomé and Príncipe and Lisbon.
I am almost reaching 10 years of experience as a Marketing & Communication professional within multinational companies from Information Technology, Retail, Human Resources, Hospitality, Tourism, to Real Estate, and in non-profit associations.
I am a Practicing Dreamer (ie specialist from ideas to practice) and because the problems of the world disturb me, I founded social entrepreneurship projects, I am a volunteer in Third Sector organizations and I have experience in international missions.
